About The Program

This comprehensive program provides a detailed run through the levels of appeal, the sequential evaluation process, and the types of claims handled by the Social Security Administration. It gives you strategies for developing your client’s case at the initial, reconsideration, and hearing levels; presents winning arguments to use at the Appeals Council and in District Court; teaches you how to get paid what you’ve earned, without running afoul of Social Security’s comprehensive and confusing fee rules; and more.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that all cancellations for our programs must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received in writing by September 5, 2008, will result in a refund less a 10% administrative charge. Cancellations received September 6-11, 2008, will result in a voucher for the entire registration fee which may be applied toward any AAJ Education College or Seminar held within one calendar year of the date of issue. No refunds or vouchers for cancellations received after September 11, 2008. Mail or fax your cancellation to the Registrar.
